extra virgin olive oil to taste
rosemary to taste
salt and pepper to taste

of Prosciutto di San Daniele
Instructions
Blanch the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Peel and grate them.
Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Shape into discs and sprinkle with starch.
Cook them 5 min per side on a medium heat.
Serve them with a few slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele
